Job Summary
Mogul Republic is looking for an experienced tailor to help develop and build premium outerwear jackets.
We are seeking someone with excellent sewing skills who can work from sketches, reference garments, or design concepts to develop patterns, create samples, and refine the fit until each garment is production-ready.
Our goal is to create clean, professional-quality jacket samples. You should be comfortable developing patterns from scratch and making revisions throughout the sample development process.

Qualifications
- Excellent sewing skills
- Strong experience constructing outerwear jackets
- Ability to develop and modify patterns
- Ability to produce clean, professional-quality samples
- Strong understanding of garment fit, construction, and finishing
- Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Positive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset
This is a part-time freelance/contract position with the opportunity to grow into a long-term role as our business expands.

Pay: $26.36 - $31.75 per hour
