Monroe Restoration is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee residential reconstruction and remodeling projects throughout Northern Indiana.
This is not an entry-level position.
We're looking for someone who has successfully managed construction projects from start to finish—someone who can coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, communicate confidently with homeowners, protect project profitability, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Be Responsible For
As a Residential Construction Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple active reconstruction projects while ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, on budget, and with exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing approximately 7–10 active residential reconstruction and remodeling projects
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, schedules, and materials
- Maintaining project budgets, job costs, purchase orders, and change orders
- Conducting regular jobsite visits and quality control inspections
- Communicating proactively with homeowners throughout every stage of construction
- Solving project challenges before they become customer issues
- Working closely with estimating, production, administration, and leadership teams
- Maintaining accurate documentation and project updates
- Delivering projects on schedule while protecting profitability
- Ensuring Monroe quality standards are exceeded on every project

Required Experience
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of residential construction project management, remodeling project management, superintendent, or production management experience
- Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and project schedules
- Strong customer communication skills
- Budget management experience
- Ability to read construction scopes and plans
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check free of felony convictions
Preferred Experience:
- Insurance restoration
- Xactimate
- Restore365 or similar construction management software
- Residential remodeling
- Insurance claim reconstruction
Restoration experience is a plus—but strong residential construction project management experience is required.
