Position Summary
The Service Advisor serves as the technician's support system in the office.
Before presenting solutions to a customer, technicians must debrief with the Comfort Advisor to review findings, discuss repair options, identify additional opportunities, and ensure the customer is receiving the best possible recommendations.
What You'll DoTechnician Support
- Receive incoming debrief calls from field technicians
- Review diagnostics and technician findings
- Verify recommended repairs are appropriate
- Identify additional repair, upgrade, or safety opportunities
- Help technicians build complete solution packages
- Ensure estimates meet company standards
Customer Support
- Speak directly with customers when needed
- Explain repair options and benefits
- Assist with financing discussions
- Help overcome objections
- Save declined estimates whenever possible
- Follow up on unsold estimates
Ideal Candidate
You may be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, home services, or construction
- Understand residential service work
- Are comfortable discussing repairs and pricing with customers
- Can confidently coach technicians
- Have strong communication skills
- Stay calm under pressure
- Are organized and detail-oriented
- Enjoy helping people solve problems
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
