Job Overview
The ideal candidate will take pride in ensuring that all dishes, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized, supporting the culinary team and contributing to the overall success of kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently to clean dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen by regularly cleaning work areas, floors, and equipment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist kitchen staff in keeping dish areas organized and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Be proactive in supporting team members to keep operations running smoothly.
What You Bring to the Team
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who communicates well and collaborates effectively with kitchen staff.
- A willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as required.
