Wurtland Nursing & Rehab SRNA's are responsible for assisting in the nursing operations of the facility under the direct supervision of the nursing staff.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Valid CNA/SRNA License
- Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
- Have a compassionate and caring demeanor
- Possess the ability to build rapport with residents and other care team members
- Be familiar with medical terminology
- Work well in teams
