We are seeking experienced customer service representatives with a professional attitude to join our team!
We are seeking highly motivated and professional individuals to join our team! In this role you will be handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers and agents.
Responsibilities:
- Answer basic questions regarding Insurance policies, coverage, and premiums
- Accurately enter and update policy information
- Initiate changes or corrections to customer policies
- Provide price quotes to prospective customers
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Previous insurance experience is a plus!
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills
Details:
· Full Time, M-F between 8:30am-5pm
· Pay: $22/hr
