About the Role
The Service Technician is responsible for on-site inspections, adjustments, and repairs of window and door products. This role requires strong construction knowledge, hands-on problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You’ll be a key player in maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct thorough inspections and repairs of windows and doors at job sites and client homes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently to ensure long-lasting solutions
- Identify and report potential quality concerns to improve processes and product performance
- Complete detailed service reports summarizing work performed and recommendations
- Follow company protocols and safety standards to ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Collaborate with installation crews, warehouse staff, and project managers to coordinate service visits and maintain smooth operations
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of construction, installation, or service experience (window and door experience a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent in-home customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Dependable, punctual, and professional in all interactions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
