What You’ll Do
- Operate specialized production machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform repetitive production tasks with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Work independently at one or more assigned machines during scheduled production runs
- Follow standard operating procedures and production instructions consistently
- Learn and recognize the quality standards that define a well-made zipper
- Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Complete production documentation accurately
- Work with team members and supervisors to help keep production running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or factory experience preferred
- Ability to stay focused and productive while performing repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
- Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to safely handle materials as needed
- Willingness to learn production processes and quality standards
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement

Please note: You must pass a pre-employment drug screen and a background check to be considered for employment.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
