Pediatric Registered Nurse
Shift - Night shifts with Every other weekend.

Duties
- Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for pediatric patients, including infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents.
- Administer medications and treatments such as IV infusions, suturing, tube feeding, and medication administration with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor vital signs, perform physical examinations, and evaluate patient responses to treatments using advanced EMR/EHR systems.
- Assist with specialized procedures including cardiac catheterization, dialysis, neonatal resuscitation procedures, and ventilator management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, and health coaching to ensure seamless patient transitions from hospital to home or long-term care facilities.
- Maintain strict infection control practices using aseptic techniques; ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for medical documentation and medical records management.
- Provide compassionate care for patients with complex needs.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven experience working with children.
- Valid RN license in MA
- Current BLS certification
