Sammy Jo's House Cleaning is hiring full- and part-time house cleaners in the Carmel-Fishers area.
***We are hiring individual cleaners as well as small teams of 2-3!***
Unlike other competitors, we are not a franchise and we offer much higher wages. Many of our cleaners make more than $1,000/week, including tips and bonuses. We are also one of the most flexible companies in the area — you choose which jobs to accept and build your schedule around your availability. Whether you want to work three days per week or full-time hours, the choice is yours.
Sammy Jo's House Cleaning does NOT provide supplies or insurance; however, we handle all advertising, customer scheduling, estimates, customer service, and billing, and let you focus on just your work. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, and you are expected to operate independently.
We're looking for A-level cleaners to join our team. We’re seeking detail-oriented professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality work. To be a part of our team, you must consistently show up on time, communicate well, and be exceedingly respectful to our customers.

Start date: ASAP (Interview and background screening take between 7-10 days)
Duties:
- Routine, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings for residential homes
- Cleaning thoroughly from tops of fan blades to baseboards, and everything in between
- Vacuuming, mopping, cleaning glass, wiping down surfaces, etc.
- Ability to manage time effectively and independently
Qualifications:
- 2 years of paid house cleaning experience is required
- Must speak English (conversational okay)
- Have your own transportation and cleaning supplies
- Must have or be willing to get General Liability Insurance (very quick process; roughly $45/month)
Sammy Jo's House Cleaning is not the employer of its registered cleaners; you would be accepting jobs as an independent contractor.
