Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

REACH Behavioral Solutions is currently hiring a part time Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This position is hybrid/remote, with opportunities to work from home and see clients in the field. Currently, working with the Early Start population (0-3 years of age). In this position, you will oversee clients throughout the San Joaquin and Stanislaus counties. Mentorship, guidance and support provided!
As a BCBA with REACH, some of the responibilities include:
- Reviewing, editing, and submitting Assessment, Progress, and Exit reports
- Collaborating with REACH's clinical department (BCBAs and SLP)
- Providing alloted supervison to each client on your caseload
- Attending IFSP meetings
- Assisting with RBT Renewal
- Provide continued and ongoing support/ feedback to Behavior Technicians and mid-level supervisors on caseload.

Requirements:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs, sit on floor, quickly stand and be agile during session.
- Valid Driver's License Must have proof of auto insurance (name must be on policy)
- Provide record of immunization to Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR), Chicken Pox (Varicella Zoster) & Whooping Cough (Pertussis)
- Able to pass Background Check 18 years of age or older
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Current BCBA Certification by the BACB; Master's degree
- COVID-19 vaccinations required (exceptions allowed please inquire for more information)
- Minimum 2 year's experience working with special needs population
- Must be familiar with G Suite (GMail, Google Meets, etc.)
- Must be able to pass physical and provide proof of vaccinations (more information available upon request)
- Must be able to safely drive on the freeway to attend work appointments
