About ADAS Depot
ADAS Depot is a growing SMB distributor of automotive diagnostic tools and ADAS-related equipment. We help shops and service providers source the tools they need to diagnose, calibrate, and repair modern vehicles.
The Role
We’re hiring a Head of Operations and Growth to run day-to-day operations and lead growth execution. This individual will own the operating cadence, align the team to priorities, and drive measurable outcomes across customer experience, supply chain, and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
1) Operate the Business
- Own weekly/monthly operating cadence: goals, KPIs, accountability, and cross-functional execution.
- Build scalable processes across order-to-cash, customer support, returns, vendor management, and inventory planning.
- Drive continuous improvement: cycle times, error rates, fulfillment speed, and gross margin.
- Marketing execution including contributions towards content generation, industry research, and so forth
2) Commercial growth execution
- Partner with the Executive Chairman on strategy, then lead execution across:
- Vendor program expansion and negotiated terms (MAP, rebates, exclusives, co-op).
- New product/category launches (diagnostics, ADAS calibration, battery support, EV service tools, OEM diagnostic tools).
- Channel growth (B2B fleet/shop programs, strategic partners).
- Marketing growth, across various channels, and overall marketing spend
- Improve conversion, AOV, repeat rate, and retention through better merchandising and customer success motions.
3) Financial & operational performance
- Own the budget and forecasting rhythm (revenue, margin, inventory, operating expenses).
- Manage working capital: inventory turns, fill rates, lead times, aging inventory.
- Implement KPI dashboards and ensure data is decision-grade.
4) Team leadership
- Lead, coach, and (as needed) hire across ops, sales, customer support, marketing execution, and partnerships.
- Build a high-ownership culture that moves fast and communicates clearly.
Ideal Background
- 5–10+ years experience in operations/general management, ideally in distribution, e-commerce, automotive aftermarket, tools/equipment, or adjacent industrial categories.
- Experience with process building, forecasting, vendor management, product merchandising, and marketing.
- Strong commercial instincts: can own ops and drive growth levers.
- Comfortable being hands-on: set direction with the team and also unblock execution.
- Excellent written + verbal communication; strong accountability culture.
Nice to have
- Experience with automotive diagnostics/ADAS or selling into repair shops/collision networks.
- Familiarity with BigCommerce, Quickbooks Online, HubSpot, and inventory planning tools.
- Vendor rebate programs, co-op marketing, and distribution contract negotiation experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $135,000 – $160,000
- Performance bonus: 10% – 25% of base, tied to revenue growth, EBITDA/gross margin, inventory turns, and customer outcomes
- Long-term incentive: eligible for phantom equity or value-creation participation
- Flexible remote work setup
