## Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, possess strong classroom management skills, and be dedicated to fostering a nurturing learning environment for young students.
## Duties
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment that supports children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in learning activities
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure educational goals are met
- Collaborate with parents and staff to create a supportive and positive community for children
## Requirements
- Previous experience in preschool education or related field desired
- Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively
- Familiarity with Montessori or other progressive teaching methodologies is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36.0 – 38.0 per week
