American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position specializing in transplant and complex GI patient care, requiring a CA RN license and prior transplant experience.

Hospital-based Med/Surg Telemetry unit specializing in liver, kidney, and pancreatic disease patients, including transplant recipients and complex GI disorders
-
Also serves as a Med/Surg Tele overflow unit
-
Day shift: 0700–1930 (3x12-hour shifts)

Every other weekend required
-
Floating to other units as needed

Active California (CA) RN license required

Current BLS certification required

Minimum 2 years of RN experience required

Transplant experience specifically with liver, kidney, and pancreas patients required

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel pay rate

Former employees of this health system must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler

Only one holiday RTO request will be approved for the duration of the contract

Two supervisor references obtained within the past year are required for consideration
