Instructional Paraeducator, 25-26 School Year and Beyond
Location: Lemon Grove School District
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Monday–Friday, School Hours)
Pay: $18 - $22/hour (Depending on experience & education)

Ro Health is hiring passionate Paraeducators to join our San Diego Behavioral Team for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond. What You’ll Do:
- Provide classroom, small-group, or 1:1 support to students with or without IEPs
- Assist with instructional activities, behavior redirection, and social-emotional development
- Support students with special education needs under the guidance of certified staff
- Foster a safe, supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and agency supervisors

What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) AND either an Associate's degree or 48+ completed college units required
- Experience working with children, especially in school, camp, or care settings (preferred)
- Experience with behavior management (preferred)
- Inclination to work well in a team environment
- Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
