Responsibilities
- As a Chill Crew Member, you’ll prepare our signature frozen treats, deliver outstanding customer service, and help create a clean, fun, and high-energy atmosphere
- This role is perfect for someone who moves with urgency, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in doing things the right way
- You’ll make Blizzards, cones, shakes, and cakes while creating positive memories for all who touch DQ
- Decorate ice cream cakes (we’ll train you)
- Keep treat area clean, stocked, and organized
- Move quickly and accurately during rushes
- Follow all food safety and health standards
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain a positive, team-first attitude at all times
