CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver – Home Weekly | $1,600–$1,900/Week

We're hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers for a dedicated account in the Silver Spring, MD area. This position offers weekly home time, competitive mileage pay, and strong unload compensation. Drivers should be comfortable with full hand unloads, night driving, weekend work, and tight backing locations.
Compensation
- Earn $1,600–$1,900 per week
- $1.10 per mile
- $270 unload pay per load
- $17 stop pay
- Average 1,000 miles per week

Position Overview
- Full-time dedicated driving position
- Home weekly
- 34-hour restart
- Day and night driving available
- Weekend work required
- Dedicated routes in the regional area
- No deliveries on Thanksgiving or Christmas
- Other holiday work may vary
Freight & Unloading
- Dry van freight
- 5,000+ piece loads
- Full hand unloads
- Driver is responsible for unloading freight
- Live unloads
- Tight backing locations may be required
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Trainees may be considered
- First-seat experienced drivers welcome
- Must be comfortable with full hand unloading
- Must be willing to drive at night and work weekends
- Must pass required DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
Driver Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on dedicated routes
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Perform full hand unloads at delivery locations
- Maintain accurate ELD records
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Safely maneuver equipment in tight delivery locations
- Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries and route progress
