Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Diesel Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team.
Position Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of diesel mechanic experience.
- Journeyman-level capabilities preferred, with the ability to independently diagnose and repair a wide range of fleet equipment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and diesel engine diagnostics and repair.
- Proficient in the use of truck diagnostic software and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on trucks and trailers.
- Must be capable of changing and repairing tires as needed.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be dependable, motivated, and a self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Must be able to follow directions, adhere to company policies and procedures, and remain focused on assigned tasks to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and accurately.
Position Details
- Full-time position
- 8–10 hour shifts
- Overtime opportunities available as business needs require
