What You'll Do
As a Beauty Professional, you'll create an outstanding shopping experience by:
- Greeting every customer with a warm, genuine welcome.
- Building relationships and providing personalized beauty recommendations.
- Educating customers on products, current trends, and best-selling items.
- Assisting customers with selecting wigs, hair care, extensions, cosmetics, skincare, accessories, and beauty essentials.
- Operating the POS system, processing transactions accurately, and handling cash responsibly.
- Promoting current sales, loyalty programs, and special promotions.
- Upselling complementary products to help customers complete their beauty routine.
- Maintaining clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floors.
- Merchandising products according to company standards.
- Restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels.
- Assisting with receiving and processing shipments.
- Keeping displays attractive, organized, and customer-ready.
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily sales goals.
- Helping maintain a positive, energetic shopping environment.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Reliable Transportation
- Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Beauty supply, cosmetics, salon, or fashion experience is a plus.
- Basic computer and POS experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the shift.
- Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.
