Position: Quality Inspector
Schedule:
1st Shift: Mon to Friday 6am to 2:30pm or
2nd Shift Tues-Friday 2:30pm-11pm; Saturday 12:30-9:00pm
Pay Range: $18.00-22.00 per hour DOE (Non-Exempt)

CMSP Associates is seeking a detail-oriented Production Quality Associate to support the inspection, finishing, and packaging of high-quality components used in aerospace, defense, and healthcare applications.
This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, or production experience who take pride in precision work and quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Visually inspect components and perform hand trimming as instructed
- Use basic inspection tools and equipment to review in-process and finished parts
- Clean, post-cure, and prepare parts for packaging
- Complete inspection and production documentation daily
- Package and transport inspected parts according to guidelines
- Assist senior inspectors, production staff, and supervisors as needed
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Perform additional production duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Good hand dexterity and mechanical aptitude
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly preferred, including:
- Assembly line or component assembly work
- General manufacturing or production roles
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods within a manufacturing facility
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 25-50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
- Ability to use inspection equipment for the duration of shift
