Overview
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) to join
our growing healthcare team across three locations: Leawood, KS, Kansas City (North),
and Lee's Summit, MO. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play an essential
role in delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The
ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy,
surgical procedures, and instrumentation, along with the ability to perform a variety of
clinical tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and in office surgical procedures.
- Record vital signs, medical history, and other relevant information in patient records.
- Prepare patients for X-Ray procedures and assist with imaging as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms, procedure rooms, medical equipment & surgical instruments.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety protocols.
Skills
- Experience working in clinical setting and assisting surgeons with in-office surgical procedures.
- Familiarity with surgical instruments, autoclave & sterile technique.
- Proficient understanding of medical terminology and anatomy knowledge.
- Strong skills in taking vital signs and performing basic clinical tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
