Lindstrom Equipment is looking for a Field Sales Representative who can manage their day, cover their territory and build real customer relationships.

Lindstrom Equipment is a family operated agricultural machinery and parts dealership. They specialize in selling and servicing farm equipment, parts and implements from top brands, such as CLAAS, Fendt and JCB. Lindstrom Equipment continues to grow with WI locations in Modena, Menomonie, Watertown and Tomah.
Position Responsibilities:
· Sell new and used agricultural equipment
· Build and maintain long-term relationships through regular follow ups with customers
· Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions
· Prepare and present price quotes, financing options and purchase agreements
· Maintain knowledge on product features, specifications and industry trends
· Attend equipment demonstrations and trade shows
· Coordinate with service and parts to ensure customer satisfaction
· Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
· Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions
· Other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager
Position Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalent is required
· Experience in agricultural equipment sales or a related field preferred
· Ag-Related education a plus
· Strong understanding of farming practices and equipment
· Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
· Honest, dependable and self-motivated
· Basic Microsoft Office skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Must have a reputable driving history and a valid driver’s license
