Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse license in good standing.
- Agreement with The Crossing's Statement of Principle and Christian mission.
- Passion for serving women and families.
- Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain limited OB ultrasound certification within the first year.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership for The Crossing Medical Clinic.
- Oversee nursing services and medical volunteers.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care.
- Recruit, train, and mentor medical volunteers.
- Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and community partners.
- Help identify opportunities to strengthen and grow medical services.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and policies.

This position begins at approximately 25 hours per week with the expectation of increasing hours over time as the medical clinic continues to grow.
