This Maintenance Technician would be working at a 140-unit apartment complex located near Sacramento State University. The complex is on a large piece of property and looks like a park setting. Behind us is a golf course, The American River and The American River Bike Trail. We have a mix of excellent tenants, and the complex is fairly quiet.
Requirements:
Must have 2-3 years Maintenance experience
Must be in good shape and be able to lift 50 + pounds
Must have knowledge to trouble shoot and do electrical work
Must have knowledge to do plumbing work proficiently. This will include changing toilets out, rebuilding the guts of toilets, installing faucets, garbage disposal, ect.
Must be well organized and finish tasks completely and correctly in a timely manner.
