Position Summary
Join our dedicated team at United States Controls, a leader in selective spray valve cooling systems. As a Production Assembly Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in assembling mechanical units and parts, contributing to high-quality products while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Successful candidates will possess a strong work ethic with the ability to understand production drawings and work instructions, both written and verbal. Candidates must also have good manual dexterity with the desire & ability to work as part of a fast-paced team. Previous assembly experience required. Knowledge of quality practices is strongly preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical units and parts using hand and light power tools.

Read and interpret production drawings and work instructions (both written and verbal).

Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality control.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment to meet production goals.

Assist team members to ensure consistent and fluid assembly pace.

Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are followed at all times.
Qualified candidates must have

1-2 years of experience in a team-based assembly environment (preferred).

Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts.

Experience with hand and light power tools.

Strong understanding of assembly instructions, blueprints, and quality standards.

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly.

Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Ability to work overtime as required.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
