ADC is a small, family-oriented dance company that is continuing to grow and expand as both a recreational and competitive company. We strive to share our love of performing arts with our students educating them with proper techniques and encouraging them to express their passion for dance. ADC give opportunities for all families in the Charlotte region by providing low monthly cost to everyone.

Current Needs
We’re looking for a teacher who is highly trained and experienced in competitive hip-hop. and contemporary dance. The ideal instructor will teach one day a week for 2 hours each day, every Wednesday 6:30 pm-8:15 pm
What You’ll Do:
- Teach creative competitive hip hop and contemporary dance to age 10-18 with beginner -advanced skill levels.
- Choreograph and stage creative performances that excite and inspire for competition and our annual dance concert.
- Create detailed lesson plans that foster skill development and creativity.
- Ability to be patient and ensure each dancer 'gets it'.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in choreographing competitive routines (submit reels or video links).
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to plan and participate in company special events and performances.
