JOB SUMMARY
- Cleaning up fluid spills from the injection molding machines
- Sweeping the plant floor
- Sorting scrap plastic and staging containers for delivery
- Separating & sorting other recyclable materials (cardboard, foam, metal, wood pallets, etc.)
- Using baler equipment to recycle cardboard, plastic film and foam sheets
- Using compactor to dispose of garbage
- Load/unload trailers with forklift, as needed
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work any shift and overtime as required.
- Participate in and attend daily shift and department meetings as required.
- Must be able to rotate through all recycling tasks and contribute to team effort in order to keep up with production.
- Adhere to housekeeping and visual management standards (5S).
- Adhere to health and safety requirements and procedures.
- Assemble parts and assemblies to complete finished product within the allotted timeframe.
- Adhere to quality and production standards.
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or department manager.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Functioning cell phone, with data & internet access
- Driver’s license or State Identification & Social Security card
- Must be dependable and on time.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and task orientated.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Full Range of Motion (ability to bend and twist while moving parts).
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (8 – 12 hours per day).
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift parts up to 35 lbs.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
