Chef / Lead Cook
Rikko Kitchen is looking for a skilled and dependable Chef / Lead Cook to join our growing team.
We specialize in fresh Dominican and Mexican fusion cuisine and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality, consistency, and working in a fast-paced kitchen.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare menu items according to Rikko Kitchen recipes and standards.
- Cook proteins, rice, seafood, vegetables, sauces, and daily prep.
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
- Keep your station clean, organized, and food-safe.
- Help maintain inventory and reduce food waste.
- Work efficiently during lunch and dinner service.
- Support the kitchen team and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Restaurant cooking experience required.
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays when needed.
Compensation
- Salary: $800–$1,300 per week
- Based on experience, skills, and performance.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Weekend availability required
