Looking for Caregivers to do short shifts (1-2 hours)

Responsibilities
- Assist client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary.
- Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure residents’ health status is maintained.
- Support client during meals by preparing nutritious meals, assisting with feeding if needed, and ensuring dietary restrictions are followed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties and adhering to infection control procedures.
- Document care activities thoroughly, communicate effectively with team members, and report any changes in client’s conditions promptly.
- Support residents’ social engagement by encouraging participation in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
Experience
- Prior experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care settings is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring, and basic first aid procedures.
- Familiarity with group home environments or personal care homes is advantageous.
- Proven ability to handle caregiving responsibilities with compassion, patience, and professionalism.
- Using a Hoyer lift

Pay: $13.01 - $16.00 per hour
