We're looking for one sharp, experienced Roof Technician in Mississippi who can diagnose, repair, and represent us like a pro — without someone looking over your shoulder.

What Your Day Looks Like
You're on the road, not on a crew. You'll inspect residential roofs, track down leaks other roofers gave up on, make the repair right the first time, document your work, and keep homeowners and the office in the loop. Then you head to the next one. No micromanaging — we hire pros and treat them like pros.
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on roofing experience — you've seen it all and fixed most of it
- Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems and leak diagnostics
- Self-starter who makes sound calls in the field without hand-holding
- Professional with homeowners — you're the face of Lapota on every job
- Safety-minded and dependable
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- English fluency required
Bonus points if you: own your roofing tools, love the challenge of a hard-to-find leak, and take pride in how you communicate with customers.
The Truck Requirement (Read This Before Applying)
This role requires your own heavy-duty work truck:
- 2015 or newer
- 3/4-ton or 1-ton preferred and recommended(F-250/F-350, Ram 2500/3500, Chevy/GMC 2500HD/3500HD, or equivalent)
- Reliable, presentable, no significant rust or body damage
Your truck is your office — and we cover the fuel.
