Full-Time Bar & Grill General Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated full-time general manager for a busy local Eastern Shore bar and grill. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to oversee daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details
- Full-time position
- 5-day work week
- Weekend availability required
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage bar, kitchen, and wait staff
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Order food, liquor, and restaurant supplies on a regular basis
- Maintain cleanliness and overall upkeep of the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with all ABC regulations and health department codes
- Monitor staff performance and promote a positive team environment
- Assist in driving sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or bar management experience required
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of food service operations and inventory management
- Familiarity with ABC regulations and health department standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
