About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with IV infusion expertise to join our functional medicine team. This role is essential to maintaining continuity of IV services and daily clinical operations.

Applicants will not be considered unless they have:
- Proven, recent experience performing IV starts and administering infusion therapy independently.
- Demonstrated experience with EMR documentation in a clinical setting.
- Strong technical/computer proficiency and the ability to efficiently use EMR and other clinical systems.
- A current, active LPN license in good standing.
Responsibilities
IV Therapy Services
- Perform IV starts and administer infusion treatments
- Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
- Follow clinical protocols and safety standards
- Maintain high-quality infusion services
Documentation & Clinical Operations
- Conduct patient intakes and EMR documentation
- Complete IV-specific charting and infusion therapy notes
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
- Participate in daily clinical operations
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in good standing
- IV insertion and infusion therapy experience required
- Experience with EMR documentation
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
