Job Summary
SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
The mission of the Warehouse Worker is to support safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations through reliable handling, movement, and storage of inventory. This role ensures products are received, processed, and shipped with precision and care, contributing to the smooth flow of materials throughout the facility. By maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and teamwork, the Warehouse Worker helps create a productive environment that enables the organization to meet operational goals and deliver consistent, dependable service to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Support safe, accurate, and efficient daily warehouse operations.
- Handle, move, and store inventory with care and precision.
- Ensure all products are received, processed, and shipped correctly and on time.
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization in all work areas.
- Contribute to a smooth workflow by communicating clearly and working collaboratively with team members.
- Uphold quality standards to prevent errors, reduce waste, and protect product integrity.
- Help the warehouse meet operational goals through reliability, consistency, and strong work ethic.
- Deliver dependable service that supports the organization's ability to meet customer needs.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow standardized procedures and safety protocols
- Proficiency in basic inventory handling and stock rotation
- Experience with pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment (as applicable)
- Physical stamina and ability to lift, move, and carry materials safely
- Time-management skills for completing tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory
- Ability to read and understand pick tickets, packing lists, and labels
- Problem-solving skills for handling discrepancies or workflow issues
- Teamwork and communication skills for coordinating with coworkers and supervisors
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
- Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments
- Organizational skills for keeping work areas neat and operationally efficient
Pay: $20.00 per hour
