Job Overview

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building lasting client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering value to clients.

BASE PAY + COMMISSIONS

Salary Range: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Requirements

Previous sales experience preferred
Active insurance license- Property and Casualty OR Life and Health (or willing to obtain)
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Basic computer and CRM proficiency

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new leads through calls, referrals, networking, and marketing efforts
Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
Follow up with prospects and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
Stay up to date on products, industry trends, and compliance requirements
Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
