Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while
assisting with order taking, food preparation, store cleanliness, and daily operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person and over the phone professionally
- Accurately take customer orders using the POS system
- Prepare pizzas and menu items according to standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the store and prep areas
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Assist with stocking inventory and supplies
