About the Role
You're the primary point of contact between our customers and our production team — the person who turns a client's vision into a work order, keeps jobs on track, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. This role spans customer service, estimating, and project management. If you're someone who gets satisfaction from having the right answer, a clean queue, and a happy customer at the end of the day, this is your job.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the key contact for customers through every stage — from initial inquiry through delivery and invoicing
- Gather project specifications and translate client needs into accurate estimates and detailed work orders
- Schedule jobs into production and monitor progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Communicate proactively with customers on job status, approvals, proofs, and changes
- Source specialty and outsourced items including promotional products, branded apparel, and mailing services
- Review orders for accuracy and verify pricing for invoicing
- Support the estimating and RFP process; identify upsell and solution opportunities
- Coordinate resolution of any production or customer issues
- Develop working knowledge of our full range of services, processes, and equipment
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Strong organizational and project management skills — you track details and follow through
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with numbers; able to break down projects and work with pricing
- Professional, positive team player who keeps colleagues informed
- Able to stay organized and prioritize under pressure
Preferred (we'll train the right person):
- Experience in commercial printing, mailing, fulfillment, promotional products, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or InDesign
