Primary Responsibilities
- Precision Maintenance: Perform clean, high-quality mowing, string trimming, and expert hedge trimming.
- Full-Service Installs: Work on mulching, precision edging, planting, and landscaping projects that completely transform premium residential properties.
- Hardscaping Support: Assist the team in bringing stone work, pavers, and custom outdoor features to life.
- Equipment Care: Safely operate and maintain commercial tools and equipment, ensuring a clean and professional workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a tight-knit crew to complete jobs efficiently while maintaining strict company quality standards.
Requirements
- Reliability & Attitude: You are dependable, show up on time, and bring a positive attitude to the crew every day.
- Driving Record: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required. (Comfort backing up utility trailers is a major plus!)
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and work comfortably outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Prior commercial landscaping or outdoor labor experience is preferred, but not required. We are fully ready to train the right individual who possesses a strong work ethic, reliability, and a keen eye for detail.
- Punctuality: Must be at the shop and completely ready to roll by 7:15 AM daily.
