We are looking for a functional medicine provider who is genuinely tired of watching women get told their labs are "normal" while they fall apart. About us:
Dr. Beth Westie founded this practice in 2014 with one belief: women deserve real answers about what is happening inside their bodies, and they deserve a provider who will actually do the testing to find them. Twelve years later, we have built a team of four providers who specialize in helping women resolve hormone and gut issues from the root cause. We use comprehensive testing (DUTCH, GI Map, full blood panels, genetic reports), and we build individualized protocols using nutrition, lifestyle, and natural supplementation.
We care deeply about the women we serve and about the people on our team. This is not a high-volume, hand-out-a-supplement-list kind of practice. We do the thorough work that other providers will not.
The role:
You will own a caseload of women who are ready to do the work. Your job is to run the right tests, interpret them at the metabolite and pathway level, and build phased protocols that actually move the needle. You will do consults, lab reviews, check-ins, follow-ups, and protocol building. We will support you in growing your caseload to around 100 clients per month as you ramp up.
You are a fit if you:
- Are credentialed as an alternative medicine provider (ND, NP, FNP, PA, RD, FDN-P, NTP, FMCHC, IFMCP, or similar) and can order your own labs. We are not hiring MDs for this role.
- Are fluent (or eager to become fluent) in DUTCH, GI Map, comprehensive blood panels, and genetic reports.
- Understand female physiology at a real level. Cycle phases, HPA axis, estrogen metabolism pathways, methylation, the gut-hormone connection, the whole picture.
- Are data-driven. You do not guess. You test, interpret, and adjust based on what the labs actually show.
- Are multifaceted. You can speak to nutrition, movement, lifestyle, supplementation, and how all of it interacts.
- Are coachable. You are confident in what you know and humble about what you do not. You are willing to learn our methodology and grow with the team rather than insisting on doing things the way you have always done them.
- Are a team player. Our providers collaborate, share cases, and lift each other up. There is no room for ego here.
- Genuinely like women and want to see them get their lives back.
Logistics:
- 1099 contractor position
- Fully remote
- Starts part-time with the path to full-time as your caseload grows (need to have availability to become full time within 3 months)
- Compensation is per client (we will walk you through the structure on a call)
- Goal is to grow into approximately 100 active clients per month
