Job Title: Production Technician
Expected Schedule: 32-40 hours based on available work, All Days of Week, Weekends Included
Benefits and Pay: At-will; $16/hour (non-exempt; paid weekly) + full-time benefits policy (if hours average above 30 hours). Pay for harvest defoliation is $16/hr and trimming is $16/hr, with a bonus of 10 cents per gram trimmed over 700g.
Role Description: The Production Technician is focused on packaging the various Glacier products (eighths, twin peaks, peaks, polar packs, avalanche packs, snow sacks, and blizzard bags) efficiently, accurately, and with care as well as assisting with harvest, defoliation, and trimming as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Making and packaging over 500 units of products per day (weighing, packing, labeling, boxing)
- Assisting harvest, defoliation, and trimming (700g/day minimum)
- Maintaining cleanliness of facilities
- Keeping an efficient pace of production
- Working in a drama-free way with good communication to peers
- Following work plan posted on Slack app
- Tracking production using spreadsheets

Qualifications:
- 21 years of age or older
- Must pass a background check
- Must be compliant with all legal and company regulations
- Reliable transportation
- Cannabis or packaging experience is useful
