We are seeking a reliable nightly cleaning specialist to join our team! This role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our commercial/industrial spaces. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a clean and welcoming environment for both employees and clients.
Responsibilities
- Independently perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Perform janitorial duties across multiple areas, ensuring all spaces are clean and well-maintained throughout your shift.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting maintenance issues and ensuring equipment is in good working order.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or hospitality settings is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping and polishing is a plus!
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and facilities maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning tools and supplies, including vacuums, buffers, mops, and cleaning chemicals.
- Experience working in a custodial role within busy environments is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operate cleaning machinery safely. Join us to make a difference every day by keeping our facilities safe, clean, and inviting!
