Job Summary
Join our energetic team as a Server & Bartender, where great service, strong hospitality, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences come together. In this role, you’ll deliver polished food and beverage service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment while helping create the warm, lively atmosphere our guests love.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth, take accurate food and beverage orders, and deliver timely service.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to presentation.
- Use Toast POS system to process orders, payments, and cash transactions efficiently.
- Recommend specials, featured drinks, and menu enhancements to elevate the guest experience and support sales goals.
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary service areas, including bar stations, dining spaces, and food prep areas.
- Support smooth restaurant operations by assisting with food prep, bussing, hosting, or other service needs as required.
- Respond to guest needs promptly and professionally, resolving concerns with a service-first mindset.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; high-volume service experience is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of POS systems and comfort handling transactions accurately.
- Confident cocktail knowledge and the ability to prepare a wide range of beverages.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Solid understanding of wine, spirits, beverage service standards, and food safety practices.
- Ability to stay organized and productive during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling and billing.
