Job Overview

Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Administers laser treatments in accordance with Uptown Laser high-quality standards.
- Establish and maintain rapport with clients in order to ensure overall customer service satisfaction of clients.
- Evaluate client’s suitability for all available services/treatments and perform most treatments that same day.
- Pursue opportunities to educate clients on additional services.
- Educate clients on all treatment processes including pre and post-treatment care guidelines.
- Perform maintenance checks on lasers to ensure systems are operating appropriately.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each client.
- Annotate and post appropriate information and maintain accurate client treatment records/data in the client’s medical chart.
- Sustain proficiency through continuous education and trainings.
- Willingness to cross train into other roles and spa services to help other team members as needed
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Active Kentucky Registered Nurse license, must be in good standing.
- Relevant industry experience preferred, but not required.
- Warm and welcoming bedside manner an absolute must
- Commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service at all times
- Ability to complete detailed paperwork.
- Exceptional teamwork skills.
- Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements.
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to stand for 9 hours
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check prior to employment
- Spanish language proficiency a big plus, but not required

Hours: Mon-Friday 10:00am-7pm, Sat 9:00 am-4 pm
