Action Roofing is hiring Residential Roofing Sales Representatives to join one of the fastest-growing roofing companies in Florida. This is an opportunity for driven sales professionals who want strong earning potential, uncapped commissions, and a proven path for growth.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and recommend the right solutions
- Run provided leads and scheduled appointments
- Build relationships with homeowners and guide them through the entire sales process
- Conduct roof inspections and present proposals
- Follow up consistently with prospects and customers
- Close residential roofing projects from initial appointment through signed contract
- Maintain accurate activity and customer information in CRM systems
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while consistently hitting sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of residential sales experience preferred
- Roofing or home improvement sales experience is a strong plus
- Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales goals
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to earn
- Comfortable working with homeowners and managing a full sales cycle
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
