Pay: $25 per hour (1099 Independent Contractor)
Hours: You can sign up for the events and shifts that work for you. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

About the Role
This is not your typical restaurant serving position.
As an Event Server, you’ll help transform our venue from an empty room into an unforgettable celebration. You’ll assist with tableware setup, buffet service, guest hospitality, room flips, cleanup, and everything in between. Every shift is unique, and our servers play an essential role in making each event run smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Before Guests Arrive
- Review event details with the Day of Coordinator at the start of each shift
- Set tables, place settings, and water goblets
- Assist with room setup and final event preparations
- Prepare buffet lines and serving stations
- Set up chafing dishes and food service equipment
During the Event
- Deliver friendly, professional hospitality to every guest
- Monitor buffet lines and replenish food as needed
- Keep serving dishes clean, stirred, and presentable
- Bus tables and glassware throughout the event
- Maintain clean guest areas
- Assist with room flips between ceremony and reception when needed
- Anticipate guest and client needs before being asked
- Work closely with bartenders, coordinators, and kitchen staff to keep the event running smoothly
After the Event
- Clear tables of decorations
- Assist with venue cleanup and resetting for future events
- Complete assigned closing responsibilities
