The Pi Omega at the University of Idaho is actively seeking a part-time, live-in House Director to provide on-site property and vendor management, foster a sense of belonging among members and staff, and create a premier living experience for collegiate members.
The ideal candidate will be an alumna or someone who combines professionalism, a problem-solving attitude, and a dedication to building relationships. The role will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of the property; communicating regularly with vendors, local stakeholders, and the House Board; and creating a safe, welcoming environment for collegiate members.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
· Property Management: Live in and reside overnight at the chapter house.
· Manage the daily operations of the house and provide regular reports to the House Board.
· Report maintenance issues, cleanliness, food, and vendor issues to the House Board.
· Prepare the chapter house for opening and closing, including coordinating move-in and move-out, and scheduling cleaning and routine maintenance.
· Perform a weekly walk-through of the entire chapter house, including both the interior and exterior of the property, to identify any safety or maintenance needs.
· Perform a daily walk-through of the first floor to ensure cleanliness and that the doors are shut and locked.
· Ensure that all life-safety equipment is well-maintained and in good working order. Schedule life safety inspections as requested and required.
· Attend House Board meetings when invited.
· Promptly report to the Property Manager and Facility Support any problems with fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, alarm systems, or any other security or safety risk, including fire hazards.
Qualifications
· Alumna or Bachelor's Degree
· General Microsoft Office skills
· Meet specified physical requirements of lifting no more than 35 lbs, standing, walking, and climbing stairs multiple times daily.
· May work extended hours and/or non-traditional hours (e.g., able to respond to emergencies 24/7).
· Experience with property management (preferred).
As part of our hiring process, Pi Omega may require the successful completion of a background check, a drug screen, and a fitness-for-duty examination.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
