Plasma Material Handling Associate Operator – Clayton, NC
- Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
- 3-Day Workweek – 4 Days Off Every Week
- Contract: 3 months
- Occasional Overtime May Be Required
Who We're Looking For:
- Warehouse, Material Handling, Manufacturing, or Inventory professionals
- Candidates with forklift and/or pallet jack experience
- Individuals with experience using RF scanners, inventory systems, or WMS
- Candidates with pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, or other regulated-industry experience preferred
- Safety-conscious, dependable, and detail-oriented professionals
- Candidates comfortable working in extremely cold freezer environments
What You'll Do:
- Receive and unload incoming plasma shipments.
- Identify, sort, inspect, and organize plasma materials.
- Track inventory using RF/RFT equipment and warehouse systems.
- Move and store materials throughout warehouse and freezer areas.
- Operate forklifts and electric/rider pallet jacks safely.
- Pull materials according to work orders and inventory requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Inspect pallets, crates, and material-handling equipment for damage.
- Follow SOPs, cGMP, OSHA, EHS, and company safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
- Support Supply Chain projects and operational initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated-industry experience preferred
- Forklift/material-handling experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed written procedures and SOPs
- Basic computer and inventory system skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to repeatedly lift and handle 25–50 lbs.
- Ability to work in freezer temperatures as low as -22°F (-30°C) or colder
- Ability to work a Friday–Sunday, 6 AM–6 PM schedule
