Perfect Fit Home Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our Tulsa facility team.

Pay: $16.00–$19.00 per hour (depending on experience)
As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily care needs while helping maintain their comfort, dignity, and safety. Your responsibilities may include:
Providing assistance with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Helping residents with mobility, transfers, and proper positioning
Assisting with meals and encouraging proper nutrition
Providing companionship and emotional support
Observing residents and communicating changes in condition to the appropriate team members
Maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful environment for all residents
Following care plans and working collaboratively with other members of the care team

The ideal candidate will have:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Medication Aide certification is preferred but not required
Reliable attendance and a professional attitude
Ability to work well with a team and communicate effectively
Strong attention to resident needs and changes in condition
Compassion and patience when caring for multiple residents
