Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in inventory management, technical troubleshooting, and customer service. This role requires proficiency in various operating systems and networking concepts, as well as the ability to provide effective solutions to technical issues. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining our Inventory Systems and ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Input and confirm new orders through our MRP system, issue purchase orders, maintain accurate inventory levels, reconcile inventory, packing and shipping in our MRP system, and provide reports to management team.
Experience
- Experience using an ERP/MRP system for order entries, order acknowledgements, purchase orders, compiling data with excel, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Attention to detail is a necessity for this position.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on user satisfaction.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
