Job Description:
We are currently hiring experienced HVAC Installers and Technicians to handle residential installations, including change-outs and duct work. As a Lead Installer, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Our installers are compensated through piecework, starting at $650 and up.
Responsibilities:
- Perform HVAC installations, change-outs, and duct work in residential homes.
- Lead installation projects and ensure work is completed to company standards.
- Demonstrate expertise in the use of HVAC tools and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer communication and service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Dependable and able to work independently.
- Customer communication skills.
- Background check required before starting work.
