We're seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. While this role supports daily warehouse operations, a significant portion of the position involves driving company vehicles to deliver, unload, and install business equipment at customer locations. The ideal candidate enjoys a physically active role, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive company vehicles to deliver equipment and materials to customer locations throughout the greater Indianapolis region.
- Load, unload, stage, and install commercial equipment.
- Spend time both in the warehouse and on the road, supporting daily operational needs.
- Assist with warehouse organization, inventory & receiving.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of assigned delivery vehicles.
- Complete delivery documentation and other required administrative tasks.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and powered stair climbers.
- Assist with additional warehouse and operational projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable spending a significant portion of the workweek making deliveries.
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Dependable, safety-minded, and customer-focused.
Required Education and/or Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in a physically demanding role.
- Prior experience as a delivery driver.
